1. Applications

DY-N550 can replace traditional sealing materials which is ineffective and leads to leakage. It is applied to locking and sealing in gas pipes, extinguishing pipes, air conditioners, gas cylinders, water pipes, hydraulic pipes, and mechanical equipment.

2. Directions

Clear the contaminants like water, dusts, oil of the substrate surface to keep it clean, dry and smooth.
It will take 2-4 hours to assemble at temperatures above 25â, 4-8 hours at temperatures of 25â~15â. Press them in 8-16 hours. Double time is needed for stainless steel, aluminum and alloy steel.
Over-tighten is unnecessary. Fit tightly within DN32 by hand and then it can be completely sealed.
Coat the interface between the screw bolt and the nut with enough adhesive. Rotate it several times to make the adhesive even. And then fix them.
Let them be until the adhesive cures fully.

3. Storage and warnings

Storage:

Store the adhesive in shady, dry, well-ventilated, damp-proofing placesã
Store the adhesive at room temperature.
Keep away from any source of ignition.

Warnings:

In the event of mass use, make a pre-test.
The adhesive is irritable to skin and eyes. Wear gloves while applying glue.
Keep out of reach of children.
